After logging in, swipe from right to left to access "Store Office" options.
Select "Menu"
Tap on "Categories".
Next when you're in the categories tab, tap on the top right + symbol to add a category.
Name the new category, examples:
Appetizers
Entrees
Dessert
Drinks
Tap on "Save" to save the new category.
The Category will now appear on the bottom bar
You can change the position of where the category will appear by changing the "Sort Order"- Lower numbers will be placed to the left of higher numbers. If the sort order is the same number on two or more categories, they will appear in alphabetical order.
To enable the category and its items to show on the self-ordering kiosk mode or QR code ordering, make sure that QR status is enabled.
You can also allow for the category to be shown during select times (ex. Happy Hour) on QR code ordering or self-ordering kiosk mode by adjusting the start and end times under "QR Online Time"
Once you have saved your category, select it from the bottom bar.
The selected category will highlight in Blue.
Next, tap on the "+ Add Product" button to open up the New Product Menu.
Category: Allows you to move the item to a different category if needed.
Name: Add the name of the menu item here.
Description: Add the product description here. This will be shown on the QR Ordering as well as self-ordering kiosk mode to show customers what is inside the menu item.
Background Color: You can change the background color of the button (if there is no product picture)
Visible at QR: Enable this option to allow the product to be shown in self-ordering kiosk mode and QR Code ordering.
Price: Add the item's price here. This will set the item's price on the POS.
Special Price: If the item has a special price during happy hour, for example, you can put it here and it will show the marked down price on the POS, QR Code Ordering, and Self-Ordering Kiosk mode. If it does not, leave it at $0.00.
Cost: You can also add the item's cost here, which will then show on the profit report depending on the number of times it was sold.
Alcohol Product: If the item is an alcohol product, you can enable this option to add a disclaimer on the POS that the customer must be 21+ to order.
Name2: This refers to an alternate name that you can give to the item.
Sort Order: This allows you to change the position of where the item will appear, assigning lower numbers to the sort order will make the item appear closer to the top of the list. If an item has the same Sort Order as another, it will be arranged alphabetically.
Print Kitchen Name: This allows you to change how the item name will be printed out on the kitchen ticket. This is useful especially for items with long names to save space on the ticket.
Code/Barcode: If the product has a Code or Barcode, you can scan the bar code into this field.
Disable Discount: This will disable any discounts to be taken on the item in the POS.
In this section, you can:
Select the tax classification of the item.
The tax rate is set to the store's default tax rate by default.
More Tax Classes can be added in "Settings" → "Store Settings" → "Tax Settings" .
Under "Store Options"→ "Menu" → Navigate to the product you want to upload photo and select it.

Tap on the "Edit" button underneath the image box for the menu item.

This will open up your iPad's photo library.
Make sure to grant the app permission to access your full photo library.
Select the image you want to use for the menu item.

Position the frame around the image as desired. Tap on the check mark on top left to confirm.

Image will then show as uploaded. Now hit "Save" on the top right corner.

Repeat this process until all desired menu items have pictures.

Adding pictures to your menu items has several benefits:
Easier Navigation: Visual cues make your menu easier to navigate, especially in self-service kiosk mode or QR ordering.
More Appealing: Adding images makes your menu look more visually appealing and professional.
It is highly recommended that you add pictures for all of your menu items to enhance the customer experience.
This allows you to route the kitchen ticket to the correct printer (e.g., kitchen printer, appetizer printer, bar printer). Kitchen Printers need to be set up before options will show.
Under the "Options" section, you can:
Add new options by tapping "Add New Option+".
You can add modifiers that are specific to the individual item.
You can also make the options required, such as Steak rareness.
Change the sort order of the options.
Make the options visible from QR/Kiosk ordering.
Add values, sort order, price, and cost for the options.
Set the visibility of the options on QR/Kiosk mode.
After you've finished configuring the options, tap "Submit" to save your changes.
This section allows you to remove the item from showing the universal options/modifiers that are assigned for the whole category.
