PAX A35 Not Connecting / Payment Fails
To establish a clear IP connection:
Make sure both the iPad and the PAX A35 device are connected to the same network.
On the PAX A35 device, open the BroadPOS app and tap the top left corner repeatedly until the IP address is displayed.
Go to the iPad's Settings, then navigate to:
Card Swiper Type
PAX
Ensure the IP address displayed matches the one shown on the PAX A35 device.
Test the connection to verify it's working properly.
