How to Do Bulk Upload

Go to https://store.botxgo.com and log in with your store's credentials.

Navigate to the "Products" tab and select "Bulk Upload"

Near the bottom of the screen, download the excel file template for the bulk upload, and set it aside. We will return to the excel file shortly.

Next, you will need to create the categories first in the store BEFORE doing the file upload. Select the "Categories" tab→ Click on "New Category". Then create the names of all the categories that your menu will have like Appetizer, Entree,

Edit Spreadsheet, make sure fields like Category (CASE SENSITIVE), Title (item name), and Price are populated. Save Excel file.

Now that you have your saved menu file. Go back to Products → Bulk Upload

Select the excel file that you created and click on "Upload"

The Products section has been updated with new items. Your menu has been successfully uploaded and is now available.
