You can access employee time records in a few different ways:
Employees List:
Swipe right to left twice to access the employees list.
There is a dot in the bottom right corner that will turn green if the employee is currently clocked in.
Click into a box with the employee name to access the "Individual Report".
Individual Report:
From the "Individual Report" screen, you can filter out the date range to view the employee's clock in/clock out times.
Quick Access:
Quickly access sales and time clock information for the day, week, or month.
You can print the employee's hours or a report for their sales numbers.
Employee Self-View:
The employee can also view their own hours on this screen.
They can clock out for a break using the button.
Users with employee editing permissions can access the "Employees" section under the "Store Office" menu.
In the Employees section, there is an "Edit" button next to each employee.
Next to the Edit button, there is a "Clock History" button.
Clicking the Clock History button allows you to:
Filter the clock history by date range
View the total number of hours worked
View the total number of overtime hours worked
This feature provides a way for managers or HR personnel to easily track and review the work hours and overtime of their employees.
