💸 Refunding Payment

Steps to Refund a Payment on the PAX A35 Terminal:

1. Ensure you are using the same iPad that is connected to the PAX A35 that ran the original transaction.

2. Locate the completed order in "Orders". Tap on the order and it will display in the register.

3. The paid order will have a "Payment Info" button.

4. Tap the "Payment Info" button to go to the Payments screen.

5. On the Payments screen, tap the "Refund" option.

6. On the Refund screen, you can enter a partial amount to refund or the maximum amount for a full refund.

7. Confirm the refund details.

8. The PAX A35 will display a message that the refund has been completed.

9. Note that the refund will be processed once the batch is settled.
