The Store Office Menu is a crucial tool for configuring your restaurant with BotX. This menu allows you to:

  1. Create the Restaurant's Menu (in "Menu")

  2. View Reports (in "Report)

    • Main Sales Report

    • Profit Report based on cost of goods sold

    • SMS Report

  3. Manage Employees (in "Employees")

    • Add, edit, and remove employee accounts

    • Set employee permissions and access levels

  4. Settle Daily Batches (in "Settle Batch")

    • Review and reconcile daily sales and transactions

    • Adjust tips before settling daily batch.

    • Initiate fund transfers and payouts

  5. Set Up Printers (in "Settings")

    • Configure kitchen and receipt printers

    • Customize printing preferences

  6. Set Up Payment Devices (in "Settings")

    • Connect and configure payment processors

    • Enable various payment methods

  7. View QR Code Ordering/Self Ordering Kiosk (in "QR Code Menu)
